Mount Rushmore National Memorial is hiring an on-call Banquet Bartender to support our Food & Beverage team. You will mix cocktails, pour drafts, and decant wine to enhance banquet service and guest enjoyment.

This on-call/intermittent role requires 21+ with bartending experience and TIPS certification. You’ll work as needed during November 2026 events, with pay of $16.25/hour plus a portion of the service charge.

Competenze

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Certification in the TIPS alcohol awareness program is required.
• Calm under pressure with strong guest service.
• Ability to quickly learn menu and beverage offerings.
• Knowledge of sanitation basics.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent guest service by mixing cocktails, pouring drafts, and serving wine at banquets.
• Record and process payments; ensure guest satisfaction throughout.
• Maintain beverage service standards and adhere to alcohol policies.
• Upsell menu items and wine offerings to guests.
