Job summary

The Compass Group USA brand, including Union Square Events and CxRA, seeks an on-call Back of House Lead Supervisor for Belmont location, Bronx NY 10458. The schedule is on call, 40 hours a week, with days varying. Pay range is $32.00 to $35.00 per hour.

Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available. Supervises hourly associates to ensure policy and procedures are followed, assists with ordering, inventory, and cost controls, and enforces sanitation and safety standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
• Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
• Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
