Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking an On Call Event Services Technician to support floor operations in San Diego and Carlsbad hotels and venues. You will assist with setup, strike, and operation of audio-visual systems, delivering outstanding guest and client service.

This on-call role offers exposure to multiple properties and production environments, with opportunities to grow technical skills in audio, video, staging, networking, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior exposure to audio visual and/or hospitality industry.
• Computer proficiency in hardware, software and networking.

Responsibilities

• Setup, strike, and operate AV equipment per SOPs.
• Greet guests and provide clear equipment usage instructions.
• Maintain client communication to ensure event success.
• Ensure inventory security and inventory condition.
• Continually develop technical skills in audio, video, lighting, and networking.
• Assist with on-site hotel or hospitality environments.
• Other duties as assigned.
