Job summary

Pinnacle Live in San Diego/Carlsbad is seeking an On-Call Event Services Technician to support floor operations, setup, strike, and operation of AV and production equipment in hotel and venue environments.

You will deliver exceptional customer service to guests and clients and gain exposure to multiple properties and setups while maintaining inventory and adhering to SOPs. This role is on-call with event-based hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Exposure to audio visual and/or hospitality industry.
• Computer proficiency (hardware, software and networking).

Responsibilities

• Ensure event sets/strikes follow SOPs.
• Greet guests and provide equipment operation instructions.
• Maintain clear client communication for event success.
• Monitor inventory and ensure equipment security.
• Report lost/damaged equipment promptly.
• Uphold company policies and safety measures.
