Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC is seeking an On-Call Event Services Technician to support floor operations in Sacramento and Napa, handling setup, strike and operation of AV solutions while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role offers exposure to a variety of hotel properties, production environments, and large conferences, with opportunities to grow technical skills in audio, video, staging, and networking within a premier events and hospitality ecosystem.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior exposure to audio visual and/or hospitality industry.
• Proficient in computer hardware, software and networking.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and strike event technology according to SOPs.
• Greet guests and instruct on equipment operation.
• Maintain accurate client event information in company systems.
• Ensure inventory is secure and well-maintained.
• Continually improve technical skills in AV, staging and networking.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
