Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking an On-Call Event Services Technician to support hotel and venue events in San Diego and Carlsbad. You’ll assist with setup, operation and strike of AV equipment across corporate meetings, conferences, and special events, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As an On-Call team member, you’ll work across multiple properties, maintain inventory, and ensure equipment is secure and ready for the next project.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some exposure to audio-visual or hospitality industry.
• Computer hardware and software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, operation, and strike of AV equipment in events.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients.
• Maintain inventory and ensure equipment is secure and in good condition.
• Coordinate with clients and staff to ensure smooth events.
