Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Active TN State Board of Pharmacy Technician license/registration required.
Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB/CPhT/EXCPT) required.
Hospital pharmacy automation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate and support Omnicell automation per SOPs and best practices.
Manage medication inventory, restocking, returns, and formulary accuracy.
Perform routine equipment inspection, cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Monitor system performance and escalate unresolved issues to TAC or helpdesk.
Maintain documentation and compliance with Pharmacy Services policies.
Communicate with pharmacy leadership and customers to resolve issues.
Serve as a subject matter resource for Omnicell team members.
Participate in training and maintain required certifications and credentials.
