Work hours vary with department priorities and project timelines; strong Excel/Office skills and excellent communication are required. Onsite work at Schoolcraft College is possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years coordinating multiple initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel with data sets and formulas.
• Ability to manage multiple data sets, records, and reports.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with time-sensitive communications involving administrators, faculty, staff, and stakeholders.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain project data, materials, and resources with appropriate retention.
• Coordinate project meetings, assessment activities, and events per timelines.
• Support assessment activities, including Core Abilities, and track participation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, guides, and historical records.
• Collaborate to provide access to results, dashboards, and reports.
• Compile, validate, analyze, and summarize data for status updates and reports.
• Assist with process-improvement projects involving data and workflows.
• Maintain project records and office resources; provide coverage as needed.
• Support student employees and maintain professional, confidential relationships.
