Job summary

Drucker + Falk is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Chelsea Square Apartments in Richmond, VA. The role focuses on make-ready repairs to vacant units and requires readiness for 24-hour on-call shifts to support the Service Manager and property operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical skills are required or preferred.
• Current driver's license and CFC certificate (where needed) are expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready repairs to vacant units in a timely manner.
• Be on 24-hour on-call as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Assist with inventory control and maintenance supplies.
• Inspect property for improvements and reviews with the Service Manager.
• Maintain a clean maintenance shop and adhere to policies in the handbook.
