Job summary

Drucker + Falk is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Virginia Beach, VA. You will perform make-ready repairs to vacant units and support the Service Manager with daily tasks, including inventory, safety, and maintenance work orders.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, plumbing/electrical/carpentry skills, and a valid driver's license. HVAC certification is preferred; duties include on-call rotation, physical stamina, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills
• Knowledge of SDS and OSHA
• 608 Refrigerant Certification preferred, but not requires. Will train if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Be on-call 24 hours as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs and review with the Service Manager.
• Perform work orders with same day completion in mind.
