Job summary

DUBLIN PARK TOWNHOMES is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform make-ready repairs for vacant units in Dublin, OH. The role requires on-call availability, HVAC knowledge, and a commitment to timely, quality repairs under the direction of the Service Manager.

Qualifications include HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical skills, and OSHA/SDS awareness. Training for 608 refrigerant certification may be provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SDS and OSHA.
• 608 Refrigerant Certification preferred, but not required; training available.

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready repairs in vacant units.
• Be on-call 24 hours as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Assist with inventory control and maintenance supplies.
• Inspect property and coordinate repairs with the Service Manager.
• Maintain grounds and ensure clean, safe work areas.
• Respond to on-call paging and complete work orders quickly.
