Cahec-Management-Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our property safe, clean, and in good working condition. This hands-on role handles routine maintenance, repairs, apartment turns, and preventative tasks while responding to resident service requests in a timely manner.

The position requires flexibility, problem-solving, independent work, excellent customer service, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. On-call rotation for after-hours emergencies is included.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to read work orders and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• On-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders promptly.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins.
• Inspect property and perform routine maintenance.
