Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Stockwell Apartments in Antioch, TN. This full-time role involves diagnosing defects, performing preventative maintenance, and completing make-ready tasks for vacant units.

The technician will follow safety policies, manage inventory, and assist with grounds and common areas as needed. The position requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications (Type I & II or Universal) required for refrigerant handling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart or vehicle on property as needed.
• Willingness to participate in on-call schedule and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems per policies, safety standards, and codes.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Track materials, manage inventory, and coordinate with maintenance supervisor on re-orders.
