Job summary

Park Properties Management Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for Mountain Run in Culpeper, VA. You will supervise maintenance tasks, respond to emergencies, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

The role requires experience in apartment maintenance, strong leadership, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. On-call rotation and weekends are expected. Pay is $30.00 per hour, in-person work.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or related field preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpet, and appliance repairs.
• Maintain common areas and exteriors to the highest standards.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies (on-call rotation required).
• Delegate tasks to maintenance assistants and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records for work orders, parts, inventory, and service follow-up.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused environment for residents and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training through The Park Academy.
