Job summary

Park Property Management Company in Orange, VA is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for Roundhill Meadow. You will maintain plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpet, and appliances, plus common areas and exteriors, both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities include responding to after-hours emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule, delegating tasks, keeping accurate work-order records, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or related field.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license required.

About the Role

As the Apartment Maintenance Supervisor at Roundhill Meadow in Orange, VA, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for keeping our property in top-notch physical condition, inside and out. A typical day could include plumbing, electrical, basic drywall, carpet, and appliance repairs, plus common area and exterior maintenance and repairs. You'll perform and delegate maintenance tasks, respond to after-hours emergencies, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas and exteriors to the highest standards
• Respond to after-hours emergencies (on-call rotation required)
• Delegate tasks to maintenance assistants and ensure timely completion
• Maintain accurate records for work orders, parts, inventory, and service follow-up
• Foster a positive, customer-focused environment for residents and team members
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship through "The Park Academy"

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license
• Rotating after-hours on-call availability and weekends

Please Note: Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Pay: $27.00 per hour

Work Location: In Person
