Job summary

Park Property Management Company in Orange, VA is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for Roundhill Meadow. You will maintain plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpet, and appliances, plus common areas and exteriors, both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities include responding to after-hours emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule, delegating tasks, keeping accurate work-order records, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or related field.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpet, and appliance repairs.
• Maintain common areas and exteriors to the highest standards.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies (on-call rotation required).
• Delegate tasks to maintenance assistants and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records for work orders, parts, inventory, and service follow-up.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused environment for residents and team members.
