About the Role

As the Apartment Maintenance Supervisor at Grand Vistas in Lynchburg, VA, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for keeping our property in top-notch physical condition, inside and out. A typical day could include plumbing, electrical, basic drywall, carpet, and appliance repairs, plus common area and exterior maintenance and repairs. You'll perform and delegate maintenance tasks, respond to after-hours emergencies, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

• Valid driver's license
• Rotating after-hours on-call availability and weekends

Pay: $32.00 per hour Work Location: In Person
