Because vacation rentals (Airbnbs) depend entirely on guest bookings, our cleaning schedule is dynamic. We are specifically looking for team members who can work on an \"On-Call\" basis.This means cleanings may come up sporadically or with short notice due to last-minute bookings.

Unlike traditional cleaning jobs, we reward your availability and efficiency by paying apercentage of the cleaning profit per property, rather than a flat hourly rate. The more available and thorough you are, the more you earn! Most properties are inSouth County, with one inBarrington, RI.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• On-Call Availability: You must be comfortable with a sporadic schedule and available to take on cleanings as bookings come in (including weekends and weekdays).
• Reliable Transportation:You must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license to travel to properties in South County and Barrington.
• High Responsiveness: Since bookings can happen anytime, we need individuals who check their messages and confirm assignments quickly.
• Unwavering Commitment: Once you accept an on-call assignment and it is locked into the schedule, it cannot be changed.
• Experience:Prior experience in residential, hotel, or Airbnb cleaning is highly preferred.
