Seasonal Vacation Rental Cleaner – Location: Wells, ME (servicing Wells, Kennebunk, Ogunquit, York, and surrounding areas) – Pay: $22-$25/hour (based on experience, with opportunities for raises and leadership roles)

Maine Street Property Management is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented cleaners for the 2026 summer season! If you take pride in high-quality cleaning and enjoy working independently, this is a great opportunity for you.

• Primary workday: Saturdays (commitment required)
• Additional shifts available: Optional weekday shifts posted for pickup
• Supplies & Training: Provided by us

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize luxury vacation properties
• Dust, sweep, vacuum, and mop all general areas
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs
• Strip and change bed linens
• Wash and put away dishes (if needed)
• Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance issues
• Notify management of any damages or needed repairs
• Follow all health and safety regulations
