Job summary

Galls seeks a Retail Sales Manager to lead US Patriot stores on base, coordinating daily operations, scheduling, and coaching staff to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. You will train teams on POS procedures, inventory, and merchandising, while maintaining strong safety practices and stock levels.

The role requires experience in retail management, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours across seven days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Three years of previous experience with retail management preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem analysis and decision making
• Financial and quantitative analysis (preferred)
• Demonstrate ability to manage sales team to achieve company sales goals
• Motivate and coach others
• Ability to move around all areas of the store daily
• Ability to work flexible shift hours 7 days a week
• SOFA Passport with stamp and A-3 Status (US Patriot does not provide SOFA status)
• Official Permanent Change of Station (PCS) Orders
• DOD Civilian Temporary Change of Station (TCS) Orders

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of assigned US Patriot stores, including supervision of all store employees
• Schedule all employees efficiently
• Provide sales/product training, upsell/cross-sell, POS procedures, shelf facing and stocking, inventory management
• Create and execute a sales plan to meet store obligations
• Know gear to assist customers and suggest related items
• Encourage performance of employees with sales goals and plans
• HR: Hiring and terminating employees per company process
• Ensure outstanding customer shopping experience
• Communicate new item requests to District Manager and Planner
• Receive deliveries accurately and timely
• Check inventory regularly to ensure stock
• Complete accurate and timely paperwork and reports
• Model safety standards and report accidents
• Show good judgment and respect for company, staff, and customers
