Job summary

US Patriot Tactical in Fort Sill, OK is hiring a Full Time Senior Lead Retail Sales Associate to manage daily store operations and lead the retail team. You will coach staff, meet sales goals, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, merchandising, and helping customers with gear selections. This role demands strong leadership and a commitment to safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• Three years of previous experience with retail management preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach others.
• Flexible shift hours, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of a US Patriot store, including the supervision of all store employees.
• Schedule all employees efficiently, considering each subordinate’s requests for hours.
• Provide sales/product training, upsell/cross sell, POS procedures, shelf facing and stocking, inventory.
• Create a sales plan to meet the store’s sales obligations and ensure products are stocked and correctly tagged.
• Assist customers by knowing gear catalogs and recommending related items.
• Ensure a safe, outstanding customer shopping experience and timely reporting.
