Job summary

US Patriot Tactical is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for an on-base location. You will greet customers, answer inquiries, upsell, and maintain displays while handling transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, ability to stand all shift, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. Training is provided and SOFA/PCS/TCS requirements apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Friendly, outgoing, and helpful demeanor.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus; training provided.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to handle merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible shifts, 7 days a week.
• SOFA Passport with stamp and A-3 Status (US Patriot does not provide SOFA).
• Official PCS Orders required.
• DOD TCS Orders required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and respond to needs.
• Answer questions on price, fabric type, specs, and usability of merchandise.
• Upsell and recommend add-on items to enhance orders.
• Set up advertising displays and organize merchandise to promote sales.
• Replenish stock and monitor floor stock for available inventory.
• Maintain a clean, orderly store at all times.
• Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Provide contract and product information related to the contract.
• Handle irate customers professionally.
• Assist with phone inquiries and product questions.
• Coordinate with retail and other teams to meet customer needs with 100% accuracy.
• Adhere to company mission, policies, and practices.
