Job summary

US Patriot/Galls, LLC is seeking a Lead Retail Sales Associate for a full-time position in a US Patriot/Galls store. You will join a dynamic team on base and help match soldiers and airmen with the best brands while delivering top-notch customer service.

You will assist with sales, product questions, and store operations, ensuring a clean and inviting environment. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of retail experience; training is provided.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
1 year minimum of retail experience preferred; we will train.
Friendly, outgoing, and helpful demeanor.
Previous retail or customer service experience a plus.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as department specifications.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in various tasks.
Greet customers promptly and respond to needs.
Answer inquiries on price, quality, fabric type, specifications, and usability of merchandise.
Upsell and recommend add-on items to enhance the customer’s order.
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to promote sales.
Replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock for inventory needs.
Maintain a clean and orderly store at all times.
Complete paperwork correctly and efficiently.
Provide information regarding contract specifications and products associated with contract.
Handle irate customers professionally.
Assist with product questions over the phone.
Communicate with retail department to meet customer needs with 100% accuracy.
Adhere to company policies and practices.
