Job summary

US Patriot/Galls, LLC is hiring a Lead Retail Sales Associate (Full Time) for an on-base store at Goodfellow AFB, TX. Starting rate is $18.75/hour. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help them select the right gear from Nike, Oakley, and Under Armour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; training provided.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with customer focus.
• Ability to operate a PC and the Galls order management system.
• Stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily tasks.
• Greet customers promptly and respond to needs.
• Answer questions on price, quality, fabric, specs, and usability of merchandise.
• Upsell and recommend add-ons to enhance orders.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to promote sales.
• Replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock.
• Keep the store clean and orderly at all times.
• Complete paperwork efficiently.
• Provide information on contract specs and products.
• Handle irate customers professionally.
• Answer product questions over the phone.
• Coordinate with retail teams to meet customer needs with 100% accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and practices.
