Job summary

Armed Forces Bank is seeking a Military Personal Banker I to deliver fast, personal service through live chat and in-branch interactions. You will promote consumer banking products, handle deposits and basic transactions, and ensure accuracy while protecting client information.

The role requires base access and compliance with bank policies. The position is part-time with a competitive hourly wage and eligibility for medical, vision, and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years client facing service experience required.
• Typing, phone and ten-key experience required.
• Must be able to access Military base.
• NMLS license and notary license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, easy and personal service in all client interactions.
• Introduce, promote and recommend banking products and services.
• Process banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cashier's checks and money orders.
• Balance currency, coin and checks in client transactions and teller drawer.
• Adhere to compliance, security and operational policies and procedures.
• Handle incoming client inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.
• Respond to real-time chat requests with product, service, and account support.
• Serve as first contact for clients through chat channels.
• Provide consistent, friendly service through live chat and meet SLAs.
• Find the right solutions for clients and protect confidential information.
