Armed Forces Bank is seeking a Military Personal Banker to deliver fast, friendly service and build relationships with clients on and off base. You will promote banking products, process a wide range of transactions, and help customers meet their financial needs while upholding bank standards.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork to achieve goals. Base access and licensing requirements apply, with potential incentive compensation monthly.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years client-facing service experience required.
• Experience typing, on the phone, and ten-key operations preferred.
• Must be able to access military base and work flexible hours.
• NMLS licensing and notary license required or pursued.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver fast, easy and personal service consistent with company standards in all client, non-client and associate interactions.
• Introduce, promote and recommend consumer banking products and services to clients and non-clients.
• Process banking transactions for clients, including cash transactions, deposits and withdrawals, and opening accounts.
• Balance currency, coin and checks in client transactions and teller drawer as required.
• Adhere to all bank compliance, security and operational policies and procedures, and financial loss standards.
• Handle incoming client inquiries via live chat in a timely, professional manner.
