Job summary

Armed Forces Bank in Fort Leavenworth, KS is seeking a Military Personal Banker to deliver fast, friendly service to military and civilian clients and promote banking products. You will process transactions, open accounts, and help clients build financial confidence while adhering to security standards.

The role requires a High School diploma, 1+ years banking experience, and the ability to obtain NMLS and state notary licenses; base access is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year banking experience preferred.
• NMLS license and notary license required.
• Must be able to access military base.
• Strong customer service and accuracy in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly, and personalized service to clients, non-clients, and associates.
• Promote and recommend banking products and services to meet client needs.
• Process banking transactions, open accounts, and assist with financial products, including credit cards and personal loans.
• Balance teller drawers and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Respond to client inquiries via live chat, resolve issues, and route requests while meeting service standards.
• Protect confidential client and bank information and follow all compliance, security, and operational policies.
