Armed Forces Bank in Great Lakes, IL seeks a Military Personal Banker to provide personalized banking services to military members, their families, and clients. You will open accounts, recommend products, and support growth through outbound calls to recruits and recruiters, delivering proactive outreach and relationship-building.

The role emphasizes servicing diverse client needs, handling transactions, and expanding product utilization while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of client-facing retail, hospitality, banking, or other customer service experience required.
• Sales experience and outbound calls are a plus.
• Ability to be NMLS licensed, and state notary licensed required.
• Must be able to access military base.

Responsabilités

• Deliver fast, friendly, and personalized service to clients, non-clients, and associates.
• Build relationships with military recruits and recruiters through outbound calls to introduce banking services and explain available financial solutions.
• Process banking transactions, open accounts, and assist with financial products, including credit cards and personal loans.
• Balance teller drawers and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Protect confidential client and bank information and follow all compliance, security, and operational policies.
