Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in product management or systems analysis supporting order management or related processes.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Solid knowledge of OMS processes and workflow mapping across orders, fulfillment, billing, catalogs, pricing, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for OMS workflows across catalogs, pricing, orders, fulfillment, billing, and related processes.
• Partner with operations, stakeholders, Foundry, CMiC, vendors, and tech teams to identify improvements.
• Translate needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; perform fit-gap analysis.
• Maintain OMS configuration and master data; support target-state implementation and transitions.
• Plan and execute configuration changes and testing; validate cross-system data exchanges and escalate issues.
