The role will translate business needs into actionable requirements, partner with Product Lead and technical teams, and own testing, documentation, data quality, and Tier 2 support. The analyst will assist in transitioning from current-state YardHub solutions to the target-state OMS, ensuring alignment with Foundry processes and integrated systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of experience in product management, systems analysis, or a related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with order management, fulfillment, or related operational processes and data.
• Familiarity with OMS workflows, configurations, and data integrity practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and configuration specifications; perform fit-gap analysis with the Product Lead.
• Maintain OMS configuration and master data; support target-state implementation and transition activities.
• Plan and execute configuration changes and testing (unit, regression, integration, UAT) and validate cross-system data exchanges.
• Provide Tier 2 support, root-cause analysis, incident coordination, and backlog item creation.
• Monitor usage and data quality; contribute to releases, training, vendor coordination, and OMS lifecycle health.
