McCarthy Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Product Analyst II to independently deliver analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation for the Order Management System. You will align OMS capabilities with catalogs, pricing, requests, orders, and fulfillment while partnering with Product Lead and technical teams.

You translate business needs into actionable requirements, drive testing, data quality, and Tier 2 support, ensuring a smooth transition to the target-state OMS platform.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in product management, systems analysis, or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Solid knowledge of OMS-related processes across orders, fulfillment, billing, catalogs, pricing, and integrations.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, user stories, process mapping, and design of configuration changes.
• Experience with application configuration, data validation, testing, and Tier 2 support.

Responsabilidades

• Subject matter expert for OMS workflows across catalogs, pricing, requests, orders, fulfillment, and billing.
• Collaborate with operations, Foundry, CMiC, vendors and tech teams to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria; perform fit-gap analysis.
• Maintain OMS configuration and master data; support transition to target-state platforms.
• Plan and execute configuration changes and testing; validate cross-system data exchanges.
• Provide Tier 2 support and route issues into the backlog with clear fixes and improvements.
• Monitor usage, incidents, and data quality to drive continuous improvement.
