Signature Aviation seeks a Manager, Digital Engineering with strong OMS expertise to lead cross-functional teams building responsive applications tightly integrated with OMS, DSF, CRM, ERP, and payments. The role oversees OMS-centric programs, driving scalable, secure, high-performing solutions while collaborating with product, design, and enterprise systems teams.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in digital engineering leadership, with hands-on experience in OMS, React, and API-first
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years in digital engineering leadership roles, preferably in large-scale enterprise or digital-first environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead OMS platform delivery and enhancements to streamline order capture and fulfillment.
- Manage design, development, and deployment of responsive internal apps integrated with OMS and enterprise systems.
- Drive large-scale OMS and digital initiatives with cross-functional collaboration.
- Mentor and lead engineering pods delivering OMS integrations and modern UI experiences.
- Ensure OMS platform design aligns with microservices, API-first and modern UI frameworks.
- Oversee integrations between OMS platforms and CRM, ERP, payments, DSF and third-party services.
- Promote Agile delivery and DevOps practices for reliable OMS solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, and stakeholders to align OMS capabilities with needs.
