You will partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define KPIs and translate complex initiatives into executive narratives.

The role will develop leadership dashboards and value reports, align stakeholders across functions, and support roadmap planning to position platforms for measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technical Program Management or related roles.
• Experience with OMS, order fulfillment, inventory, and delivery platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes.

Preferred: Experience with Sterling OMS, Manhattan, Fluent Commerce, Salesforce OMS, SAP, or other enterprise OMS solutions; retail or pharmacy industry experience.
