Job summary

PSI (Proteam Solutions) seeks an experienced Operational Cutover Lead to guide the business and operational aspects of a large Order Management System migration in Columbus, OH. The role ensures alignment across Customer Care, Fulfillment, Store Operations, Finance, Digital, and Technology teams and milestones.

You will work with a Technical Cutover Lead to translate technical tasks into actionable business actions, develop runbooks, and lead dress rehearsals and live cutover execution, ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program/ project coordination or operations with large-scale system migrations.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Experience providing status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience leading cutover activities for major system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational cutover plan for a large OMS migration across business teams and workstreams.
• Define activities, dependencies, sequencing, deadlines, and ownership with business and technical leaders.
• Align operational activities with system cutover timing, data migration, environment readiness, and go/no-go criteria.
• Maintain runbooks, contingency plans, and escalation procedures; drive readiness and issue remediation.
• Communicate progress, risks, decisions to leadership; coordinate mock cutovers and post-launch stabilization.
