Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product, business analysis, program coordination, or operations.
• Experience supporting large-scale system implementations, migrations, or launches.
• Familiarity with OMS platforms, specifically Manhattan Active Omni, e-commerce operations, or retail fulfillment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational cutover plan, coordinating with business leads to align activities with the technical cutover timeline.
• Translate technical cutover activities into business impacts and operational actions.
• Develop and maintain the operational cutover runbook with business activities, timing, and rollback procedures.
• Serve as operational lead during cutover execution and participate in the command center to triage issues and communicate impacts.
• Coordinate post-launch stabilization and monitor operational KPIs.
