Job summary

This role involves overseeing the end-to-end cutover process for MES implementations, ensuring smooth go-lives through effective project management and coordination across various teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3–8+ years of MES or ERP project management experience, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with systems like SAP S/4HANA and Jira. The position requires excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years in MES or ERP project management, with proven cutover leadership experience.
• Good understanding of MES modules, data migration processes, and integration points.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Create a cutover plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Lead cutover planning workshops and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Identify and mitigate cutover-related risks and develop contingency plans.
• Oversee system freeze periods and manage business validation during cutover.
• Conduct cutover test runs and manage communication with stakeholders.
