URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in South Portland, ME. This role leads the FP Movement store team and drives sales by delivering an engaging, wellness-oriented in-store experience across omni-channel touchpoints.

Responsibilities include leading brand experience, merchandising, events, and community engagement, while developing talent and maintaining strong store operations. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant process and how it impacts the business.
• Experience in coaching and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales with an Omni channel approach to the retail experience.
• Partner with leadership to create an engaging in-store experience for FP Movement customers.
• Advocate for technology use to deliver a seamless Omni-channel experience; ensure effective merchandising and displays.
• Cultivate genuine customer connections through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Collaborate with store team and Home Office to plan and execute community events and fitness-related programming.
