Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as brand ambassador and partners with leadership to create engaging visual experiences.
• Drives customer service and selling initiatives through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Supports store events and community engagement with fitness and wellness partners.
• Ensures omni‑channel experience via MPOS, POS, and FP App; upholds FP Movement standards.
