URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc.'s FP Movement is opening a new Tigard location and seeks an Assistant Store Manager to join the team. You will support selling, service, and store operations to create an inspiring environment focused on fitness and wellness.

In this role you will lead the team, model brand standards, drive omni-channel experiences, assist in scheduling, onboarding, and events, and help grow local customer engagement through personalized service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and customer service to meet store goals.
• Assist in scheduling and payroll to sustain daily operations.
• Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to build bench strength.
• Ensure a seamless omni-channel shopping and events experience for customers.
