You will partner with Brand, Marketing, Sales, Medical, Market Access, Analytics, and Digital to translate brand goals into integrated engagement plans and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 12+ years of omnichannel strategy and customer engagement capability building experience.
• Experience with pharmaceutical/biotech launches and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer engagement strategies for successful product launches.
• Translate brand objectives into omnichannel engagement plans and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with brand teams and agencies across channels and stages of the customer journey.
• Establish launch planning methodologies, playbooks, and reusable standards.
• Drive organizational readiness with governance and capability development.
• Lead measurement practices and continuous improvement across launches.
