Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. in Cambridge, MA, is seeking an Associate Director of Omnichannel Capabilities & Enablement to lead customer engagement strategies that support successful product launches and advance omnichannel capabilities across the organization.

You will partner with Brand, Marketing, Sales, Medical, Market Access, Analytics, Commercial Operations, Digital, and Technology teams to design integrated engagement plans, journeys, and measurement frameworks.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in omnichannel strategy, customer engagement capability building, martech platform orchestration, consent/privacy data management.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other complex product launches.
• Fluent in English; excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop omnichannel capabilities planning with cross-functional brand teams to support product launches and digital engagement.
• Design customer journeys and engagement frameworks across personal and non-personal channels, aligning with governance and standards.
• Establish repeatable launch methodologies, playbooks, and best practices scalable across brands.
• Lead initiatives to advance omnichannel maturity, measurement practices, and adoption of innovative engagement approaches.
• Define success metrics, partner with analytics to assess engagement and optimize launch performance.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Analytics, Digital, and Technology teams to align strategies.
