Ipsen, a dynamic biopharmaceutical leader, seeks a Global Marketing & Launch Excellence Director in Cambridge, MA to drive launch readiness, brand planning, and marketing capabilities across global and affiliate teams.

You will lead the Ipsen Way to Launch, oversee global-local brand planning, and foster best-in-class marketing capabilities within a multi‑matrix organization, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in marketing/commercial roles.
• Proven launch track record with multiple specialty care product launches, global or regional.
• Strong strategic and operational marketing experience.
• Experience working with global teams and affiliates.
• Excellent ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize global-to-local launch readiness and brand planning processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and more.
• Identify risks in launch programs and implement corrective actions.
• Coach Asset Leads on strategic planning quality and launch preparedness.
• Develop and deploy marketing capabilities through Ipsen Business Academy.
• Drive alignment of Global and Local Brand Plans and track KPIs.
