Job summary

Indegene Inc. is seeking an Omnichannel Orchestrator & Delivery Lead to drive digital marketing programs across websites, email, SMS, IVR, print, and paid/earned media for a major healthcare client.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage campaigns from inception to optimization, and ensure timely delivery within a highly matrixed environment. The role requires 8+ years in digital project management and a strong track record in omnichannel strategy, with experience in marketing automation

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital project management or related field.
• Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead omnichannel programs from concept to optimization for a healthcare client.
• Collaborate with marketing strategy, campaign ops, data management, and analytics teams.
• Own delivery plans, KPIs, and cross-functional governance across channels.
• Provide strategic guidance and program management throughout campaigns.
• Ensure timely, high-quality execution of digital assets and campaigns.
