Main responsibilities include assisting customers, restocking, loading merchandise, and supporting omnichannel initiatives while upholding merchandising standards and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail experience.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to work early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service across the store.
• Execute pricing and signing on merchandise.
• Replenish and restock to ensure sizes and styles are available.
• Receive and unload merchandise with team.
• Maintain backroom standards and organization.
• Support Omnichannel initiatives (BOPIS, ship from store, returns).
• Execute merchandising plans and uphold standards.
• Participate in training and learnings from peers.
