Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare strategy, management consulting, healthcare technology, product or business development.
• Experience developing business cases and translating insights into recommendations.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to bring customer-facing solutions to life.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, client-focused environment.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven business cases by sizing market opportunities and informing piloting and scaling decisions.
• Demonstrate end-to-end ownership across multiple initiatives from business case to commercialization.
• Partner with technology teams to implement solutions for pharmacy teams and patients.
• Support commercialization strategies for new and existing pharmacy and health solutions.
• Design and execute pilots to validate customer needs and inform scaling strategies.
• Evaluate insights to inform product strategy and optimize performance.
