Job Title: Omnichannel Sales Manager – US (Alcohol-Free Wine)

Location: US based (remote)

Reporting to: CEO - Sampson Family Wines (SoCal) and key Noughty management

Type: Full-time

The Role:

We’re hiring a tenacious Sales Manager to spearhead national retail expansion across the US; Both natural and conventional sales experience required. Mass, club, and DSD experience a bonus.

You’ll work directly with business leaders to identify and open major grocery and retail accounts, build long-term relationships, and drive in-store velocity.

This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for someone who knows how to open doors, pitch with passion, and turn great product into great business.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure listings with major US retail chains where the brand is not yet listed
  • Build and own a pipeline of retail opportunities – with a strong focus on new business development
  • Develop tailored sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to win retail buyers over
  • Manage relationships with retail partners post-listing to maximize sell-through and growth
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations to deliver effective launches, promotional plans, and merchandising support
  • Track account performance and provide regular reporting on sales, velocity, and key KPIs
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, buyer meetings, and industry events
  • Work cross-functionally with global teams to align US retail strategy with broader business goals
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of securing national and regional retail listings in the beverage, CPG, or FMCG space
  • 5+ years of experience in retail sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong relationships with US retail buyers in the grocery, natural, or premium categories a plus
  • Results-driven with a hunter mindset – you thrive on opening doors and making things happen
  • Passion for health, wellness, and premium food & beverage products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Willing to travel to meet buyers and attend events as needed and work flexible hours across time zones
