Job summary

DOUGLAS Group is seeking a results-driven operations professional to own day-to-day Crosschannel Services and Interstore Logistics across the DACH organization. You will be the primary contact for stores on operational matters, coordinating solutions and driving process improvements with internal teams and partners.

You will lead projects end-to-end, from idea to testing and rollout, while tracking KPIs to raise service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or comparable qualification with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of retail, store and omnichannel processes.
• Experience driving projects, rollouts and process improvements from idea to implementation.
• Strategic but hands-on mindset with capability to turn ideas into action.
• Analytical with comfort using KPIs and operational data.
• Independent, structured work style with adaptability to changing priorities.
• Clear, confident communication in German and English with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily operations and quality of Crosschannel Services and Interstore Logistics for the DACH org.
• Be the go-to person for stores for operational questions, coordinating solutions and escalating when needed.
• Challenge and develop processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and customer focus.
• Drive projects and rollouts from idea to implementation and handover to operations.
• Collaborate with stores, internal teams, IT, and external partners to align solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and service performance; translate insights into actions to improve usage and satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation and training materials; communicate changes effectively.
• Prepare business cases, analyses, decisions papers, and management updates for improvements and new services.
