Job summary

DOUGLAS Group is seeking a results-driven operations professional to own day-to-day Crosschannel Services and Interstore Logistics across the DACH organization. You will be the primary contact for stores on operational matters, coordinating solutions and driving process improvements with internal teams and partners.

You will lead projects end-to-end, from idea to testing and rollout, while tracking KPIs to raise service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or comparable qualification with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of retail, store and omnichannel processes.
• Experience driving projects, rollouts and process improvements from idea to implementation.
• Strategic but hands-on mindset with capability to turn ideas into action.
• Analytical with comfort using KPIs and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stores, internal teams, IT, and external partners to align solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and service performance; translate insights into actions to improve usage and satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation and training materials; communicate changes effectively.
• Prepare business cases, analyses, decisions papers, and management updates for improvements and new services.

Job description

TASKS WITH IMPACT

• Take ownership of the day-to-day operations and quality of our Crosschannel Services and Interstore Logistics processes across the DACH organization
• Be the go-to person for our stores when operational or process-related questions come up, coordinating solutions, escalating topics when needed and making sure they are followed through
• Challenge existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and continuously develop them to make operations more efficient, transparent and customer-focused
• Drive projects and rollouts independently, from the initial idea and requirements definition through testing and implementation to the handover into day-to-day operations
• Work closely with stores, internal teams, IT and external service partners to bring requirements together, align solutions and keep everyone on the same page
• Keep an eye on relevant KPIs and service performance and turn insights into concrete actions to improve usage, revenue, service quality and customer satisfaction
• Keep process documentation, guidelines and training materials up to date and make sure new processes come to life through clear communication and engaging training
• Prepare business cases, analyses, decision papers, presentations and management updates to support operational improvements and the launch of new services

YOUR SKILLS

• A degree in business, a commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification, combined with at least two years of relevant professional experience
• A solid understanding of retail, store and omnichannel processes and a genuine interest in how things work in day-to-day operations
• Experience in driving projects, rollouts and process improvements from idea to implementation
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on mentality and a strong drive to turn ideas into action
• Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with KPIs and operational data
• A structured and independent way of working, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Clear and confident communication in German and English, with the ability to bring different stakeholders together
• Enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration with stores, internal teams, IT and external partners
