Job summary

BD Grenoble, part of the European Marketing Communications Center of Excellence, is seeking an Omnichannel Marketing Activation Manager to join cross-country teams. You will help design, plan, execute and monitor omnichannel campaigns across Europe, aligning marketing strategy with data-driven delivery.

Bring 5 years of digital marketing experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and hands-on mastery of channel strategies, journey design, and campaign optimization.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of digital marketing experience in an international environment.
• Experience designing and managing 360° omnichannel campaigns.
• Ability to translate business objectives into audience journeys and channel plans.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven optimization mindset.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BU Marketing teams to orchestrate end-to-end omnichannel campaigns.
• Define media and channel strategies based on customer journeys and historical data.
• Lead campaign execution and monitor performance, reporting to senior management.
• Establish KPI frameworks and conduct cross-channel performance reviews.
• Drive optimization cycles for audiences, content, and budget allocation.
