Ria Money Transfer seeks a Product Manager to own the omnichannel portfolio — the programs and tools that move brick-and-mortar customers online. You will lead the Agent Referral Program, in-store self-service tools, and agent POS experience, partnering with engineering, design, compliance, regional and commercial teams, and our global agent network.

This consumer-facing PM role focuses on driving digital adoption and expanding programs across markets, delivering measurable impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience owning a consumer product end-to-end.
• Strong product sense and stakeholder management across commercial and technical teams.
• Data-driven prioritization with analytics literacy; collaborate with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio roadmap for omnichannel programs across markets.
• Drive digital migration from brick-and-mortar to app/web channels.
• Align stakeholders across engineering, design, compliance, regional, and commercial teams.
